Jim Tarmann has served as the Field Services Director for IL since 1994 and was promoted to Managing Director in April 2019.  Jim works with organizational leaders to promote the corn industry to members, producers, state and federal officials, and the general public. He is the coordinator and primary administrator of membership recruitment and of producer educational programs. He also manages waterway transportation issues for IL Corn.
