Ashley Deal became the Membership and Grassroots Advocacy Manager in March 2019, after previously serving as the Membership Assistant since March 2015. Her primary responsibilities include maintaining membership records, increasing membership engagement, coordinating political involvement for our members, and encouraging grassroots activities.

Ashley attended Illinois State University where she earned degrees in Economics and Agri-Business. Ashley has been in the Ag industry since graduating from college. She first worked for Evergreen FS and most recently as a Credit Analyst with ProPartners Financial where she approved agricultural input loans.

Ashley, her husband, and three children reside near Danvers on the family farm. They raise corn, soybeans, and registered Angus.
