Farmers in Illinois are eligible to nominate their favorite local charity or non-profit organization to receive a $2500 grant. Philanthropy has long been a tradition in rural areas. There are many opportunities to improve our lives both afar, and nearby.
Last year, the Monsanto Fund launched America's Farmers Grow Communities, a program that gives farmers like you the opportunity to win $2,500 for your community. If you're selected as a winner, the Monsanto Fund will make a $2,500 donation to your favorite community nonprofit organization, such as FFA, 4-H, schools, fire departments and other civic groups.
