Dave Loos, IL Corn’s Technology and Business Development Director, explains how a little sunlight can clear up and issue as convoluted as the Californian Low Carbon Fuels Standard (LCFS), and what it means to Illinois corn farmers. IL Corn leaders meet with the California Air Resources Board on several occasions to talk about the absurdity of their decision. In addition, Illinois Corn Marketing Board funded with corn checkoff dollars research that provided scientific expertise in this court case.
