Surely you couldn’t avoid knowing that 2012 is an election year.  You have county officials running for office, Illinois Senators and Representatives looking for your vote, Federal Congressman clambering for a chance to serve you, and the ever popular Presidential election that will keep us on the edge of our seats until November 6.

IL Corn wants you to have a piece of the action.  Help determine the individuals that will make laws affecting you, locally, state-wide, and federally.  Don’t forget to register to vote by October 9.

The stakes seem to be getting higher.  Regulations threaten to run farmers out of business.  Legislators no longer understand the value of good federal farm policy.  Taxes and unfavorable business climates run business out of our state.  You definitely need to get involved.
