Highlighting the importance of an efficient, modern waterway infrastructure, the latest video by Waterways Council, Inc seeks to build awareness of the need for funding to improve our locks and dams.

The video has more than 68,000 views since the beginning of a social media campaign to promote locks and dams began this week!

The promotion is targeted in the five states impacted by the Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program (NESP) during the month of August when Congressmen are in their districts and in Washington, DC during the month of September when Congress is back in session.

Funding used to promote and market the educational video was provided by IL Corn.
