During the month of November, IPPA will be holding regional meetings in five locations around the state. In addition to annual updates and request for resolutions, the meeting topics this year will focus on the professional industry audits and the upcoming veterinary feed directives (VFD). The pork industry is Illinois’ #1 livestock customer in the state. For the 2015 crop, it is anticipated that hogs in Illinois will consume 85 million bushels of corn.

All pork producers and members of the Illinois pork industry are invited to attend any regional meeting.

A meal will be served at each meeting and the format will remain casual providing an opportunity for questions and input from your respective organization.
