Your Illinois corn checkoff dollars are invested by the Illinois Corn Marketing Board with the U.S. Grains Council to build demand for corn, ethanol, and DDGS exports around the world. Securing and maintaining export market opportunities are perhaps more vital to Illinois than any other state, as a larger volume of our corn crop leaves our state than it does in any other.
