FARMERS WORRY ABOUT TRADE FUNDING GAP

We are officially ten days away from the Farm Bill 2014 expiration date.  On September 30, farmers are operating under no farm policy, unless Congress either finalizes a new bill or extends the current bill.  The closer we get to the deadline, the more likely an extension becomes, but an extension leaves an important trade program, the Foreign Market Development program, unfunded.
