The IL Pork Expo will be held Feb. 5-6 at the Peoria Civic Center and will again offer a jam-packed agenda with something for everyone involved in the pork industry – producers, contract growers, employees, allied industry, and youth. Grain farmers will be interested in a special Market Outlook Roundtable on Feb. 6 ^th featuring market analysts Dan Zwicker, Sue Martin & David Nelson. They will give their outlook for 2013 on corn, soybeans and pork and discuss ways to manage marketing risk for crops, feed inputs and hogs.
