Bill raises corn and soybeans with his brother and nephew on their family farm of over 150 years in Marshall County.  He lives with his wife, Debbie and their two sons, James & Christopher. Bill went to Toluca High School and graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He thoroughly enjoys being the assistant track and cross country coach at Fieldcrest High School.

Bill has been active in many leadership roles in ag including previously 6 years on IL Corn Growers Association board and now has been newly elected to the National Corn Growers Association Board.
