In this audio update, U.S. Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth, representing Illinois’ 8th Congressional District, spoke last week at a biofuels briefing in Washington, DC, hosted by the Environmental and Energy Study Institute. The briefing was supported by the Illinois Corn. Duckworth said she, like many of her colleagues, was disappointed in those numbers.
